IMA Awards Dinner

Directors Roger Edwards and Paul Sweaton attended the annual prestigious Investment Management Association Awards dinner in London this week.

The annual ceremony was held at the elegant Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London, with over a 1000 people attending  within the financial services industry.

The Investment Management Association is the trade association for the £3 trillion investment management industry in the UK. Their purpose is to support and promote a commercially successful and growing UK investment management industry, seeking to improve the financial outcomes for customers - savers and investors. Their role is to represent the interests of the industry to government and regulators  in the UK and internationally, and to promote high standards within the industry. 

If you have a pension, stocks and shares ISA, unit trust or life assurance policy, for example, your money is being looked after by the investment management industry. The industry invests its clients' money across a broad range of asset classes and products, including equity, bond, property, money market and hedge funds.
