Roger co-founded Vision in 2008, along with business partner Paul Sweaton. Together they have built one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Independent Financial Adviser firms in the country.

In recognition of this, recently being shortlisted for the 2011 Money Marketing Awards for "Best I.F.A. Network".

Roger has been in the financial services industry for 25 years, with a highly successful career with two Blue Chip banks before leaving to create Vision.

Roger has a wide remit within Vision, including business strategy and planning, compliance, recruitment and day to day business management. Whilst still a practicing adviser in his own right, he now spends more time overseeing the business and the frontline advisers, via the supervisory team.

He is totally committed to ensuring Vision delivers a top class service to its clients, through a team of exceptional individuals, and takes great pride in the on-going excellent client feedback results that Vision achieves consistently.

When not working, Roger enjoys spending time with his family and coaching a team of juniors at Launceston Rugby Club.
