Lee joins Vision with 12 years experience in the Financial Services industry as a Financial Adviser and a further 10 years experience in Retail Banking having won many awards at Barclays including Top Adviser nationally on a number of occasions.
Having moved from Barclays Bank, Lee strongly believes in maintaining a long term face to face financial planning relationship with his clients.
He is excited to have the ability to offer a truly "best in market approach" and having the ability to give his clients the time they need and deserve.
Lee already holds the Diploma qualification that most of the industry is working towards and therefore already meets the forthcoming ‘increased bar'.
