Iain has advised clients of Barclays, Bank of Scotland Investment Services and St James Place for more than 20 years and is well placed to offer the fully independent advice that clients need.

He is Diploma qualified and therefore already meets the forthcoming ‘increased bar' that most of the industry is working towards. He has long term experience in dealing with the needs of ‘business' as well as ‘private clients'.

Iain's approach is to understand the client by listening carefully to the their views and feelings. In doing so, it often becomes important to draw the clients attention to issues which although not obvious, will impact on them. He views it of importance that ‘plain English' is used to further the understanding of financial issues over the long term relationship with his clients.
